🚚 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within India.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout.

📦 Shipping Method

All orders are shipped through registered third-party courier partners or India Post.

Deliveries may require signature confirmation at the time of delivery.

⚡ Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

⏱️ Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

📍 Address & Delivery Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details at the time of placing the order.

Once an order is shipped, address modification is not permitted.

If delivery is made to a residence:

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package
  • The courier may attempt delivery multiple times

❌ Missed Delivery / Delays

If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery:

  • The courier may re-attempt delivery
  • The shipment may be held temporarily

🔄 Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Customers may refuse delivery, however:

  • Applicable return shipping charges may be deducted
  • Refund, if applicable, will be processed as per our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
