Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

🔁 Easy Returns (Only in Valid Cases)

We accept returns strictly only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong item delivered

⏱️ Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

📸 Proof is Mandatory

To process your request, please share:

  • Product images/videos clearly showing the damage or issue
  • Packaging images, including the outer box
  • Order details

⚖️ Approval of the return, refund, or exchange request is subject to verification by Annavarams Handmade Home Decor & Gift Gallery.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Customized / personalized products
  • Handmade items, unless damaged or incorrectly delivered
  • Sale or discounted products
  • Gift cards

🎨 Customized & Handmade Products

All customized and handmade products are considered final sale.

✔️ Return, refund, or exchange will be accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged, or
  • The wrong item has been delivered

❌ All other requests will not be accepted.

🚚 Shipping Policy (Returns)

✅ Free reverse pickup will be arranged only for damaged or wrongly delivered items.

❌ In any other approved return case, shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

🚫 Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

💰 Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated only after inspection of the returned product
  • Approval of the refund is at the sole discretion of Annavarams Handmade Home Decor & Gift Gallery
  • ⏳ Refund processing time is 7–10 business days
  • 💳 Refunds will be made only to the original payment method

🔄 Exchange Policy

Exchange is applicable only for:

  • Damaged products
  • Wrong items delivered

Replacement is subject to product availability.
If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

⚠️ Limitation of Liability

Annavarams Handmade Home Decor & Gift Gallery shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Product misuse or improper handling by the customer
  • Any damage occurring after successful delivery

⚖️ Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ajmer, Rajasthan, India.
